Refund & Return Policy — Fetch Goodies
Effective date: October 04, 2025
We want you (and your pup) to love the Fetch Scooper. Because of hygiene and use-in-the-field nature of this product, we only accept returns/refunds for items that arrive broken or defective.
1) 30-Day Broken/Defective Guarantee
If your Fetch Scooper arrives broken, damaged in transit, or defective in normal use, you’re eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll cover the cost of the return label for approved claims.
What qualifies as “broken/defective”?
Cracks, broken mechanisms, missing parts, or manufacturing faults present on arrival or during normal use (not caused by misuse, modification, or accidents).
2) Not Eligible for Return/Refund
To keep things sanitary for everyone, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind / no longer needed
- Wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval (RMA)
- Free gifts, gift cards, or final-sale items
3) How to Request a Refund/Replacement (Broken Only)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email: support@fetchgoodies.com (or use our Contact page).
Include:
- Order number
- Photos/video clearly showing the issue and the outside shipping box (if damaged in transit)
- Your preferred resolution: refund or replacement
Our team will review within 1–2 business days and, if approved, issue an RMA and a prepaid return label (when a return is required).
In many cases we can resolve with photos only—no return needed. If a return is required, please send back all parts and accessories in any packaging you still have.
4) Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received/inspected (or once photo verification is complete if no return is required).
Processing time: typically 3–5 business days after approval (your bank may take longer).
5) Replacements
If you choose a replacement, we’ll ship a new unit to the original address unless you request otherwise.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
6) Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or shows delivered but not received, contact us at support@fetchgoodies.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
7) Warranty & Safety
This policy covers arrival defects and issues during normal use within 30 days. It does not cover misuse, modification, or commercial/abnormal use.
