How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for the US, 10–18 for Canada, and 10–20 for Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $19.99.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. All Fetch Goodies products are selected with small dogs in mind and are made from pet-safe materials.

Does the Fetch Scooper come with bags?
Yes — it includes 1 roll inside the dispenser plus 6 extra rolls (60 bags total).

Is the Cooling Mat ready to use right away?
Yes. No freezing, soaking, or plugging in required. Just place it down.

Can I use the Hair Removal Glove on furniture?
Absolutely. It works on sofas, rugs, bedding, car seats, clothing, and curtains.

Is the Water Bottle food-safe?
Yes. It's made from food-grade ABS material with a silicone seal ring.

Our Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@fetchgoodies.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@fetchgoodies.com with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: waste bags, puppy pads, and washable pee pads.
