Shipping Policy — Fetch Goodies

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) for both Canada and the United States.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Delivery timeframes (after processing)

Canada: 4–12 business days

United States: 5–11 business days

Estimates are averages provided by our carriers. Weather, carrier capacity, holidays, may add time.

Shipping cost

Free shipping storewide on all orders.

Addresses we ship to

We ship within Canada and the United States (contiguous states & most Canadian provinces).

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO and remote addresses. Please provide a physical street address.

Customs, duties & taxes

Cross-border fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in our prices or free shipping offer. These (if assessed) are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs.

Order confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may update 24–48 hours after label creation.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@fetchgoodies.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once fulfilled, we can’t reroute or cancel.

Failed delivery / address issues

If a package is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address or no one available to receive, we can reship to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the product price per our Refund & Return Policy.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (US) or 9+ business days (CA), or your item arrives damaged, contact support@fetchgoodies.com with your order number and photos of the box/item. We’ll open a carrier investigation and make it right.

Preorders / split shipments

Items may ship separately at no extra cost if part of your order is on preorder or ships from a different warehouse.

Holiday & peak periods

During peak seasons, carriers may experience delays outside our control. We’ll work with you to keep things moving.
